LaBarge is a beautiful small town. Set along the east of town, is the Green River, Red Cliffs and the desert. West of town, The Rocky Mountains. LaBarge has a great park and our schools accredited for being an excellent educational system.

 outdoors and the beauty of it, LaBarge is the place for you LaBarge has much to offer for recreation both in the winter and summer. Located 45 minutes from ski resorts and 15 minutes from Fontinell Lake. Great fishing and fly fishing along the Green river, Fontinell Lake and LaBarge Creek. You have ice fishing, snow machining, skiing, snowboarding and sledding, in the winter. Summer activities include hiking, camping, skate boarding in the park and hunting galore. There are quite a few local functions throughout the year, including an annual beach party, dolittle car show, 4th of July parade and activities and a winter festival at the ice skating rink.

LaBarge is a hunters dream with lots of mule deer, elk, moose, antelope, fox, coyote, and bear and big horn sheep just up the road towards Jackson. We are only 1 hr 45 minutes from Jackson Hole and Yellowstone National Park.
